- Our Products
The American Seeds sells cannabis seeds as collectible adult genetic preservation souvenirs. You must be 18 years or older to access or purchase from this website.

Cannabis laws vary across U.S. states. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your local, state, and federal regulations before purchasing. The American Seeds is not responsible for products intercepted or lost in transit due to local restrictions.

- Purchases
To make a purchase, you may be required to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We may refuse or cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Minimum order value: $42.
- Germination Guarantee
Our guarantee covers non-viable seeds for orders placed on theamericanseeds.com. Valid for 90 days from shipment. At least 3 seeds must have failed to germinate. Customers must provide date-stamped photos or videos to file a claim.
- Privacy Policy
We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the CCPA. We protect user data and only share information when required for service fulfillment or legal compliance.
- Refund & Return Policy
Returns must be unused and unopened, submitted within 15 days of delivery. Customers cover return shipping. A $15 handling fee applies for originally covered shipping. Refunds are processed after inspection. Cryptocurrency refunds go to the Blimburn Wallet.
- Delivery & Shipping
We ship within the United States. Once a package is marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
- Limitation of Liability
The American Seeds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, third-party conduct, or unauthorized data access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision is invalid, remaining terms continue in effect.
